Abdullah Hassanzadeh is a Kurdish politician, writer and historian. He has been involved in Kurdish politics for over 50 years and mostly for the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan PDKI and the Kurdistan Democratic Party HDK. Abdullah Hassanzadeh was born on 15 November 1938 or 1939 in Simer in Sardasht, Eastern Kurdistan.[1] He has been a member of the political bureau since 1971 - 2006 for the PDKI and later for the Kurdistan Democratic Party HDK 2006-2012 and for the PDKI again 2022–present.[1][2]
