The 2025 Southern Illinois Salukis football team will represent Southern Illinois University Carbondale as a member of the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FCS football season. The Salukis are expected to be led by tenth-year head coach Nick Hill, and play their home games at Saluki Stadium in Carbondale, Illinois.
