The 2025–26 Union Garnet Chargers men's ice hockey season will be the 85th season of play for the program, the 34th at the Division I level and the 34th in the ECAC Hockey conference. The Garnet Chargers will represent Union College in the 2025–26 NCAA Division I men's ice hockey season, play their home games at Achilles Center and be coached by Josh Hauge in his 4th season.
