The 2025–26 Sheffield Shield season will be the 124th season of the Australian inter-state domestic first-class cricket competition. Cricket Australia revealed the season fixtures in July of 2025.[1] The season will start on 4 October 2025 and the final will played commencing on 26 March 2026.[2][3][4]
