Al-Nassr are the three-time defending champions, having won every edition of the competition.

Teams

Initially, ten teams were set to compete in the fourth season, with Abha and NEOM promoted to the Premier League to replace the relegated Al-Amal and Al-Taraji.[3][4] However, by August 2025, Abha and Al-Shabab had disbanded their women's teams.[5] On 15 August 2025, it was confirmed that eight teams would participate this season.
