The 2025–26 season is the 118th season in the existence of Panathinaikos F.C. and the 67th competitive season in the top flight of Greek football. They will compete in the Greek Super League, the Greek Cup, the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. They will play all of their home games for domestic competitions at the Apostolos Nikolaidis Stadium, while all of their European home matches will be held at the Athens Olympic Stadium. The season began on 1 July 2025 and will finish on 30 June 2026.
