Defending champions Virginia Ruano Pascual and Paola Suárez defeated Svetlana Kuznetsova and Martina Navratilova in the final, 6–2, 6–3 to win the women's doubles tennis title at the 2003 US Open.[1] It was both players' fourth career major doubles title and second title at the US Open.
